joy pockets #32

Still super tired. Miss 3 has a lingering cold.
No lengthy alone time for me this week.
The internet guy is ignoring our calls.
The in-laws forgot to send a package from UK that I asked for.

But there were little joys.

.
lentil and spinach curry
.
hearing her put words together
.
bananas on French toast
.
dinner with friends
.
new water-colour pencils
.
new art ideas
.
adult chats while the kids run crazy
.
booking the flights to England
.
sunny Autumn days
.

Sorry you're missing out on sleep again and alone time...but dinner with friends, new art pencils and ideas sounds so nice!

And a trip to England--ahhh. You go quite often it sounds like, that's lovely and such great thing to look forward to....

Here are my pockets this week, and there's a giveaway too :).

That's what I love so much about Joy Pockets - on the weeks when I could write an equally long, perhaps longer list of annoyances, I'm reminded that there is still joy and so much to be thankful for in my life. Thanks for that :)

All of your joy pockets sound wonderful. I would love to enjoy a sunny autumn day along with some lentil and spinach curry, but even settle for the two separately. I hope you catch some rest and find an end to your internet woes soon!

so cute when they start to put words together.
I love having time with friends while all the kids are playing, especially if there is wine involved (for the parents.)

Hi Mon. So sorry - I seem to have linked several million times. Can you guess I am more than a bit of a luddite?!
Anyway, I found you through Melissa at Vibrant wanderings and love the joy pocket idea.
Dinner with friends sounds fabulous in particular to me right now.

Beautiful moments are always found in the middle of frustration when we keep our eyes and heart open. Yours sound lovely. Lentil & spinach curry sounds delicious and I always love new water color pencils!
